Below are examples of recent past contracts that Yvonne Probert Limited has delivered.
Haltwhistle Partnership is a Development Trust and Regeneration charity in the rural west of Northumberland. Engaged as a self-employed consultant from 20102 to 2015, Yvonne undertook the role of the overall Project Officer to maintain and develop the volunteering projects, social enterprise activities and develop the asset portfolio for Haltwhistle Partnership.

Working with Directors of the SERRAC Limited in 2014 and 2015, Yvonne helped them to establish the organisation’s vision, mission and business plan for moving forward from a concept into a phase for delivery. Yvonne assisted in the initial start up before handing it over to the newly recruited SERRAC manager for delivering the services.
SERRAC Limited is trading arm of the charity Carers Northumberland and has an ultimate aim of making a financial surplus to a provide future income for the charity, whilst also delivering a range of ethical services that make a difference.

Stepping in as Interim Chief Officer for 5 months in 2014, Yvonne lead the staff team through a challenging period of change whilst maintaining financial security and continuing the delivery of key projects, including the Victoria Tunnel, an asset transfer of local land, the heritage archive scheme, the Open Doors (community buildings) support and also overseeing the property tenants needs.

Working as a self-employed associate consultant with Pete Duncan and Sally Thomas at SRC from 2013 to 2015. Whilst in this role, Yvonne supported on the North Ormesby and Lynemouth Bid Local consultations, delivered the Prudhoe Walled Garden Feasibility Study and assisted with the Connect4Change contract for VCS infrastructure support in Northumberland.

Working in 2013 and 2014 in a non-political research role within Guy Opperman MP’s Hexham Constituency office. Yvonne’s role was to oversee the delivery and analysis of a constituency wide resident’s survey. This was a short term part time contract running alongside other consultancy work.
This community based project was developed by a local volunteer team facilitated by the Bishop Auckland and Shildon Area Action Partnership. In July 2013 Durham Community Action using specialist facilitator (Yvonne Probert) were asked to help with some community engagement work to fill gaps in a proposal that was being prepared for the Big Lottery Fund.
